By installing or using the StockFlows Shopify app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the merchant) and StockFlows.
StockFlows provides inventory management tools for Shopify stores, including: real-time inventory tracking, demand forecasting, purchase order management, low stock alerts, and reporting dashboards. Features may be added, modified, or removed over time as the product evolves.
StockFlows requires access to your Shopify admin to function. By installing the app, you authorize StockFlows to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and staff credentials.
StockFlows offers the following plans:

All billing is handled through Shopify App Pricing. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time from your Shopify admin. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the StockFlows service. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. StockFlows optionally offers AI-powered insights and forecast explanations. When enabled, aggregated inventory data is sent to the OpenCode API for analysis. No personally identifiable information is included. AI features can be disabled at any time in Settings.
StockFlows is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime or provide service level agreements (SLAs). Scheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary downtime. StockFlows depends on third-party services including Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), and Slack (webhooks). Availability of these third parties is outside our control.
StockFlows is not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or business decisions made based on the app's data or forecasts. We recommend maintaining independent backups of your inventory data. Forecasting models provide estimates, not guarantees — actual demand may differ from predictions. Use of StockFlows is at your own risk.
The StockFlows app, code, design, and documentation are owned by StockFlows. You retain full ownership of your store data, products, orders, and all content within your Shopify store.
You may uninstall StockFlows at any time from your Shopify admin. StockFlows may terminate or suspend access for policy violations or misuse. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction as a Shopify merchant. Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation. Contact us at support@stockflows.app before taking any formal action.
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice through the app or by email. Continued use of StockFlows after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
